2. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

Directly from you when you sign up, sign in, update your profile, upload a photo, or make a reservation.
When you choose to enable push notifications.
When you use optional account-based or interactive features within the app.
From the service providers required to run core app functionality.

To create and manage your account.
To provide your conference profile and event credentials.
To process reservations and service requests.

4. Guest Browsing

Public conference content may be available without creating an account. In guest mode, users can browse supported public sections of the app without providing account registration details.

Guest mode does not provide access to personal profile features, event credentials, QR check-in features, or other account-based functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

To operate the app, we may use trusted service providers such as:

Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend services.
Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, if notifications are enabled in the app.

These services only process information as needed to support app functionality, security, and communications.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers or technical partners when necessary to deliver and support the app.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to operate the app, provide requested services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Registered users can request account deletion directly in the app via Profile > Delete My Account.

When an account is deleted, personal data will be deleted or anonymized according to the app’s technical and legal requirements.

Users may also manage their profile information and notification preferences from within the app when those features are available.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. While no online system can guarantee absolute security, we take appropriate steps to reduce risk and protect app data.
